Mi-au placut camerele curate si confortabile si personalul amabil si indatoritor. De asemenea, hotelul este situat la 5 minute de mers de centrul orasului, ceea ce mi-a facilitat accesul rapid la locurile in care doream sa merg.

big, spacious rooms ; good choice for a short stay (one night, transpassing bulgaria on our way to greece).
not very easy to find; broken furniture and bad breakfast.

We stayed 1 night, breaking the jurney from Greek to Hungary. We visited Rilszki Manastir, 40 km from the hotel in the mountains. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurants are good and cheap in the city. I can suggest to the travellers.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The vintage furniture and colorful carpets made me feel right at home. The general areas were well maintained and had a warm and welcoming ambiance. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff was always ready to assist me with my luggage and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a handrail in the bathroom. It would provide extra stability and support for us seniors, especially when getting in and out of the shower.

Cheap rooms with balcony and affable staff, everything was very good. A wide range of outstanding food, we appreciated it.

The room had a balcony, opening to city views, which felt like having front row seats to a live play unfolding on the streets below. Each morning, as I sipped my coffee, I watched the city come alive, feeling like a privileged spectator in the comfort of my own private box.
Limited bathroom provisions.

I got great value for my money at Alpha Family. The room was huge, with a nice balcony and an awesome view. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the shopping district and restaurants. The staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate in English.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been more varied and interesting.

Blagoevgrad is such a cool town with so much to do. We had a blast exploring the Varosha National Revival architecture complex and checking out the local bars and restaurants. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from all the action. It was a great spot for a group of friends like us who wanted to have a fun and exciting vacation.
The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere at the hotel. It would have been amazing if there was a bar or lounge area where we could hang out with other young people and have a fun time.
